When you submit a lead or contact form on this site, we collect the following information:

• Your full name
• Your phone number
• Your property address, including street, city, state, and ZIP code. We use Google Places address autocomplete to assist entry; that process also captures a geocode and a Google Place ID for the address you select.
• Your project intent (for example, roof replacement, repair, or a courtesy inspection) and any additional details you enter in the notes field

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain usage data through cookies and similar technologies. This includes pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, browser and device type, and IP address.

3. Analytics and advertising technologies

This site uses the following third-party tools:

• Google Analytics 4to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data. You can opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Google Places and Maps to power the address autocomplete field in the lead form. Your address input is sent to Google to retrieve suggestions and to geocode the selected address.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms. The Pixel sets cookies and reports certain events (such as page views and form submissions) to Meta.
• Meta Conversions APIthrough which we share hashed contact information (such as hashed name and phone) and event data with Meta. This server-side integration helps measure ad conversions and attribute clicks, including via the fbclid URL parameter and the _fbc cookie. • CRM provider. Lead and inquiry information is shared with a third-party customer relationship management (CRM) service provider that we use to manage and follow up on roofing inquiries.
• Service providers. We share information with other vendors acting on our behalf (such as Google and Meta, as described above) solely to provide the services described in this policy.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our company or others.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To opt out of advertising cookies set by the Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, you can adjust your browser cookie settings, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, visit the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info, or use your device's ad personalization controls. Note that opting out of cookies does not remove data already transmitted via the Meta Conversions API.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
